As a trained professional working in the field of psychology, this H.A.A.R.P. official exhibits many known signs of lying and denial via his body language (watch him partially cover his mouth while talking near the end of this video, for example).
He gets especially nervous when this ace CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) reporter asks him about an incriminating H.A.A.R.P. document. He first claims it doesn't exist. When she tells him that she herself has seen and read the document, he then stammers and suggests he just wasn't "told" about it by his higher ups.
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
I must admit I feel somewhat validated by the fact that even mainstream news is beginning to explore the possibility that H.A.A.R.P. is not what it proclaims to be (a benign "research facility"), but instead, a Direct Energy Weapon that may be used in high tech warfare as a Scalar, Tectonic, Weather, and Direct Energy Weapon via the employment of Tesla Electromagnetic Wave manipulation.
