Since our educational system has been deliberately dumbed down to prevent citizens from being well trained in logic, mathematics, and science, most people do not believe that man controls the weather. In this article, we will demonstrate the obvious worthlessness of this stagnate belief.

Perhaps, like me, you consider yourself to be a "spiritual," intuitive, maybe even "psychic" type of person who also values scientific research, as well as logic and facts. We will discuss this fascinating subject from two major avenues. First, we shall discuss the proofs from a journalistic point of view that scientists can control the weather and can use its various means as weapons. This line of reasoning is important because the great majority of Americans have passed through a Public School System that has deliberately not taught logic, mathematics, and science.
Secondly, we shall examine the scientific evidence that scientists do control the weather using Tesla Technology, which he developed from 1886-1928 ["The Fantastic Inventions of Nikola Tesla", by Nikola Tesla and David H. Childress, 1993.] As you read about our capabilities to control the weather, remember that the brilliant mystic scientist, Nikola Tesla, made the key discoveries almost 100 years ago! We do not know how far advanced Tesla was with his work on controlling the weather and its storms, but we feel fairly confident that the terrible storms and drought in the late 1920's may have been brought on by a deliberate use of Tesla technology.
TESLA TECHNOLOGY
Tesla Technology that makes control of the weather possible is a fact of history that rivals any other single fact; the Illuminati made Tesla a very wealthy man for the rest of his life once he signed over his work, his discoveries, and the capabilities of his system to them.
From that moment on, Tesla virtually disappeared from the textbooks of American education, keeping us from becoming acquainted with the man who had discovered how to deliver free electricity to every home in America, among many other things. But, the Illuminati was driven by their occult beliefs and goals; therefore, they kept Tesla's technology secret, readying it for that day and hour when it could be used to set the stage for their ultimate plan that includes frightening the masses to succumb to a New World Order regime. It is toward this end we discuss that aspect of Tesla technology that controls the weather.
UNITED NATIONS TREATY PROHIBITING NATIONS USING WEATHER WARFARE!
The existence of laws about cars, houses, or guns prove that these things exist, and exist in the quantity needed to produce the type of laws we see on our books. If an alien from outer space were to visit this Earth many eons from now, and wanted to find out how we humans moved about our cities, for example, he would have to look no further than the laws in our records to know that we operated a machine we called autos. He would further be able to ascertain much technical data about the auto from the laws in our records just by studying the regulations governing their use.
To put this principle in another way, the very existence of laws about autos proves that autos exist, and exist in enough quantity to prove to be a huge problem without the laws that regulate them.
The existence of the recorded law regulating automobiles proves the existence of the automobile to anyone who has never seen one in his life!
Of course, the same could be said for anything in our society, both technical and non-technical.
Since this is true, you can imagine our surprise and shock when we discovered that a United Nations Treaty exists which pledges all member states to refrain from using Weather Control as a lethal weapon upon other states!
The existence of this recorded law -- this U.N. Treaty -- proves the existence of the reality of Weather Warfare! But does this also confirm that SCALAR WEAPONRY also exists, using Advanced Tesla Technology? Some say no, it does not. I say that there is a growing body of evidence that suggests it indeed might, and I plan to expand upon this issue in a later post in this series.
H.A.A.R.P. And ADVANCED TESLA TECHNOLOGY
We had long heard of Weather Control devices called HAARP and the GWEN towers, but could find no material beyond concerned New Age scientists. We refused to publish articles on this Weather Control capability based only upon New Age sources, since New Agers strongly tend to be so radical as to tell any lie, or expand the truth to any degree, to get you to believe their point. However, we have since come into a lot of information from sources not New Age, is well documented, and contains the very same information as our New Age sources.
AMERICAN AND RUSSIAN SCIENTISTS (And Maybe China) NOW CONTROL OUR WEATHER
We now believe that American and Russian scientists can and do control our weather. They can and do create much of the disturbances seen in nature for at least the past several decades.
Given the weather in the United States recently, you undoubtedly may agree with me that something is afoot with our weather. Some force, or a combination of forces, is causing our terribly unusual, unprecedented, weather. Most professional weathermen shake their heads at this unusual phenomenon and simply say they do not know what is causing this type of weather. A lot of politicians are jumping on the bandwagon of Global Warming, warning that more terrible things are going to happen unless we change our lifestyle dramatically. What they do not say publicly these days is that the lifestyle change they expect to make is the elimination of our entire Industrial Civilization.
Now, let us get back to this United Nations' Treaty. We will examine details of this treaty to prohibit member states from using Weather Weapons on each other. We will also allow you to see the entire document.
Let us begin with the cover letter.
Notice that the date of this cover letter was 27 October 1978, which means that this treaty was in effect at the time this certified true copy was mailed. The name of the treaty is "CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES APPROVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE UNITED NATIONS ON 10 DECEMBER 1976".
This title alone tells us conclusively that scientists of at least several nations who have a history of being hostile to one another now possess scientific knowledge that can control damaging weather to the point of being able to use such weather as hostile, destructive weapons. Exactly which countries possess this damaging capability is not clear; however, we know that, in this 20th Century, Western Capitalism has been nose-to-nose with Eastern Russian Communism. Therefore, we can only conclude that both Russia and America possess this technology. Also, Russia is believed to have developed and installed the first set of TESLA ARRAYS in the as early as the 1960's. The great drought in the United States in the early to mid 1970's was suspected to have been induced by Russia using these Tesla Arrays. The United States quickly went about the business of getting funding for building their own set of Arrays, ultimately under the guise of the "Strategic Defense Initiative" (addressed in this blog's May archives); all of this resulted in H.A.A.R.P., Gakona, Alaska, which went "live" in 2001.

Via the Freedom of Information Act, it is apparent to anyone examining various related patents and documents released under this Act that HAARP does not have just one set of Arrays in Alaska. They actually have THREE. And one is hidden from the public - It is believed to be installed at Clear AFS - http://www.superforce.com/haarp/index.htm. And now that the United States has installed Pine Gap in Australia, which appears to have Advanced Tesla Technology capabilities, the United States no doubt has Scalar Weaponry capability - And it is possible that Russia has such capabilities as well.

I've seen the treaty before but paid it no attention and didn't think about it and put 2 and 2 together. But what if American scientist's and Russian scientist's are in league with one another under the NWO? Cause since they are already in our government and theres probably a few in Russia as well and probably share HAARP data between each other. And it's funny the UN will pass that treaty but they most likely know of HAARP, what am i saying likely know of it they do and don't care. Nicolai Tesla was a brilliant man with so many patents and his idea for free global energy was very well thought out not only free energy but a early form of internet as well cause he theories-ed that not only would his towers give free energy but that you could also send radio waves, and tv waves over the system as well and beam it right into people's homes. He really was a brilliant man too bad he signed over his secrets to the Illuminati.
