HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater”. (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40- to 600 miles above Earth’s surface.)
Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope; antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything — living and dead.
HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other U.S. military documents put it more clearly — HAARP aims to learn how to “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes”. Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes.
Press releases and other information from the military on HAARP continually downplay what it could do. Publicity documents insist that the HAARP project is no different than other ionospheric heaters operating safely throughout the world in places such as Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Tromso, Norway and the former Soviet Union. However, a 1990 government document indicates that the radio-frequency (RF) power zap will drive the ionosphere to unnatural activities.
“…at the highest HF powers available in the West, the instabilities commonly studied are approaching their maximum RF energy dissipative capability, beyond which the plasma processes will ‘runaway’ until the next limiting factor is reached.”
If the military, in cooperation with the University of Alaska Fairbanks, can show that this new ground-based “Star Wars” technology is sound, they both win. The military has a relatively-inexpensive defense shield and the University can brag about the most dramatic geophysical manipulation since atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. After successful testing, they would have the military megaprojects of the future and huge markets for Alaska’s North Slope natural gas.
Looking at the other patents which built on the work of a Texas’ physicist named Bernard Eastlund, it becomes clearer how the military intends to use the HAARP transmitter. It also makes governmental denials less believable. The military knows how it intends to use this technology, and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public, through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation.
The military says the HAARP system could:
1) Give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option by the military through at least 1986).
2) Replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology.
3) Be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system.
4) Provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military’s own communications systems working.
5) Provide a wide area earth-penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements.
6) Be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area.
7) Be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete.
The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defense, and to those concerned about cost-cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield – the ionosphere – could be cataclysmic according to some scientists.
Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says “The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens.”
The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen, but a Penn State science article brags about that uncertainty. Macho science? The HAARP project uses the largest energy levels yet played with by what Begich and Manning call “the big boys with their new toys”. It is an experiment on the sky, and experiments are done to find out something not already known. Independent scientists told Begich and Manning that a HAARP-type “skybuster” with its unforeseen effects could be an act of global vandalism.

Given I just posted earlier today on the strong possibility that there are 3 Arrays in HAARP, Alaska, which would give it the capability of targeting locations via bouncing Waves off of the Ionosphere, rebounding them back into the earth, I am more and more inclined to believe that some group of HAARP Arrays, whether in the United States or elsewhere, may indeed be creating earthquakes, Mega-Quakes, and causing Severe Weather. I am also increasingly able to believe that shadowy government (versus one specific country or government) is behind these Black Ops attacks. Here is the article. When the magnitude 9.0 Tohoku-Oki earthquake and resulting tsunami struck off the northeast coast of Japan on March 11, they caused widespread destruction and death. Using observations from a dense regional geodetic network (allowing measurements of earth movement to be gathered from GPS satellite data), globally distributed broadband seismographic networks, and open-ocean tsunami data, researchers have begun to construct numerous models that describe how the earth moved that day.
Now, a study led by researchers at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), published online in the May 19 issue of Science Express, explains the first large set of observational data from this rare megathrust event:
"This event is the best recorded great earthquake ever," says Mark Simons, professor of geophysics at Caltech's Seismological Laboratory and lead author of the study. For scientists working to improve infrastructure and prevent loss of life through better application of seismological data, observations from the event will help inform future research priorities.
Simons says one of the most interesting findings of the data analysis was the spatial compactness of the event. The megathrust earthquake occurred at a subduction zone where the Pacific Plate dips below Japan. The length of fault that experienced significant slip during the Tohoku-Oki earthquake was about 250 kilometers, about half of what would be conventionally expected for an event of this magnitude.
Furthermore, the area where the fault slipped the most -- 30 meters or more -- happened within a 50- to 100-kilometer-long segment. "This is not something we have documented before," says Simons. "I'm sure it has happened in the past, but technology has advanced only in the past 10 to 15 years to the point where we can measure these slips much more accurately through GPS and other data."
For Jean Paul Ampuero, assistant professor of seismology at Caltech's Seismological Laboratory who studies earthquake dynamics, the most significant finding was that high- and low-frequency seismic waves can come from different areas of a fault. "The high-frequency seismic waves in the Tohoku earthquake were generated much closer to the coast, away from the area of the slip where we saw low-frequency waves," he says.
Simons says there are two factors controlling this behavior; one is because the largest amount of stress (which is what generates the highest-frequency waves) was found at the edges of the slip, not near the center of where the fault began to break. He compares the finding to what happens when you rip a piece of paper in half. "The highest amounts of stress aren't found where the paper has just ripped, but rather right where the paper has not yet been torn," he explains. "We had previously thought high-frequency energy was an indicator of fault slippage, but it didn't correlate in our models of this event." Equally important is how the fault reacts to these stress concentrations; it appears that only the deeper segments of the fault respond to these stresses by producing high-frequency energy.
Ampuero says the implications of these observations of the mechanical properties of tectonic faults need to be further explored and integrated in physical models of earthquakes, which will help scientists better quantify earthquake hazards.
"We learn from each significant earthquake, especially if the earthquake is large and recorded by many sensors," says Ampuero. "The Tohoku earthquake was recorded by upwards of 10 times more sensors at near-fault distances than any other earthquake. This will provide a sharper and more robust view of earthquake rupture processes and their effects."
For seismologist Hiroo Kanamori, Caltech's Smits Professor of Geophysics, Emeritus, who was in Japan at the time of the earthquake and has been studying the region for many years, the most significant finding was that a large slip occurred near the Japan Trench. While smaller earthquakes have happened in the area, it was believed that the relatively soft material of the seafloor would not support a large amount of stress. "The amount of strain associated with this large displacement is nearly five to 10 times larger than we normally see in large megathrust earthquakes," he notes. "It has been generally thought that rocks near the Japan Trench could not accommodate such a large elastic strain."
The researchers are still unsure why such a large strain was able to accumulate in this area. One possibility is that either the subducting seafloor or the upper plate (or both) have some unusual structures -- such as regions that were formerly underwater mountain ranges on the Pacific Plate -- that have now been consumed by the subduction zone and cause the plates to get stuck and build up stress.
"Because of this local strengthening -- whatever its cause -- the Pacific Plate and the Okhotsk Plate had been pinned together for a long time, probably 500 to 1000 years, and finally failed in this magnitude 9.0 event," says Kanamori. "Hopefully, detailed geophysical studies of seafloor structures will eventually clarify the mechanism of local strengthening in this area."
Simons says researchers knew very little about the area where the earthquake occurred because of limited historical data.
"Instead of saying a large earthquake probably wouldn't happen there, we should have said that we didn't know," he says. Similarly, he says the area just south of where the fault slipped is in a similar position; researchers don't yet know what it might do in the future.
"It is important to note that we are not predicting an earthquake here," emphasizes Simons. "However, we do not have data on the area, and therefore should focus attention there, given its proximity to Tokyo."
He says that the relatively new Japanese seafloor observation systems will prove very useful in scientists' attempts to learn more about the area.
"Our study is only the first foray into what is an enormous quantity of available data," says Simons. "There will be a lot more information coming out of this event, all of which will help us learn more in order to help inform infrastructure and safety procedures."
The work was funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, National Science Foundation grants, the Southern California Earthquake Center, and NASA's internal Research and Technology Development program.

Here are the key locations in Alaska as they relate to HAARP. In order perform to successful targeting, HAARP arrays must be used to steer the signal - This is why HIPAS is in the region. With the present set up of HLMS, it would appear that Clear AFS and Poker Flat were also positioned with ELF/VLF arrays, making HAARP capable of a 360 degree steerable target area.
In reviewing information disclosed through the Freedom Of Information Act concerning the initial concepts and bidding on HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project), I came across relevant information that HAARP was not the best choice for the Project, which was originally to be the FIPA (Frequency-Independent Phased-array Antenna) FIPA patent# 5,274,390
The executive summary of HAARP indicates the best place for the Array was Poker Flat and not Gakona, Alaska. Clear AFS was the optional choice for the HAARP location and has the power facility on site to supply a heater array of these proportions. Prime power at Clear Air Force Station is obtained from the station's coal-fired power plant, which is capable of producing 22.5 megawatts of power. (Clear AFS is a large DOD area located west of HIPAS [HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation], and is almost an equal distance from HIPAS as HAARP is to HIPAS) HAARP is run by U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate while Clear AFS is also under U.S. Air Force Space Command.
HAARP/HIPAS work in conjunction; however two arrays are not enough to steer the signal. The HAARP web site in 2001 discussed successful moon bounce experiments (done since the 1960's by HAM radio operators). A HAARP array may use the Moon as a reflector to reach distant targets on Earth to create Nuclear-Sized Explosions Without Radiation!. In order to target the moon you need a steerable array and three arrays minimum are required.
HAARP array was the second choice to the FIPA array. The HAARP site near Gakona, Alaska was initially chosen to house the Imaging Riometer for HAARP. However, now Poker Flat is operating the proposed HAARP Imaging Riometer and was the initial choice for the HAARP location. So do the math: You need three ELF/VLF arrays to steer the signal for a moon bounce. HAARP itself reports it performed a successful moon bounce. This information means there is at least one hidden ELF/VLF array in the southern area of Alaska, it is likely in Poker Flat region and is likely the FIPA array. I don't know about you, but in my opinion, this is a pretty big secret to be keeping from the general public.

What HAARP-ALASKA DOESN'T WANT YOU TO SEE: Here's the VIDEO that suggests HAARP ELF-Waves Were Used To Cause JAPAN EARTHQUAKE in March 2011

Interestingly, the HAARP website has been offline for over 4 weeks - Soon after the below evidence made its way to a Press Publication.
And yet, most people say that HAARP/Alaska and other HAARP/EISCAT-Type facilities capable of producing ELF-Waves that change the Ionesphere are just "benign" facilities that study the weather. Well, watch the below videos, and think again. You might also watch the posts on this blog entitled: "Breaking News: Blue Spiral Over Norway Explained". This Sky Anomaly was also obviously caused by an EISCAT facility in Norway that was engaged in clandestine testing known as "Tequila Sunrise."
If accurate, this first video, created from documentation that was on HAARP's own web-site prior to it suddenly going offline without explanation, may serve as irrefutable evidence that HAARP may be deliberating interfering with weather patterns as well as intentionally causing earthquake activity around the world. Look at the dates at the bottom of the video screen. Watch what happens a few days prior to March 11th, 2011, the day of the Japan Earthquake. You have to see it to fully understand how damaging to HAARP this documentation may in fact be. No wonder they took their entire web-site off-line, once this was noticed and revealed.

Well, watch the below videos, and think again. You might also watch the posts on this blog entitled: "Breaking News: Blue Spiral Over Norway Explained". This Sky Anomaly was also obviously caused by an EISCAT facility in Norway that was engaged in clandestine testing known as "Tequila Sunrise."
If accurate, this first video, created from documentation that was on HAARP's own web-site prior to it suddenly going offline without explanation, may serve as irrefutable evidence that HAARP may be deliberating interfering with weather patterns as well as intentionally causing earthquake activity around the world. Look at the dates at the bottom of the video screen. Watch what happens a few days prior to March 11th, 2011, the day of the Japan Earthquake. You have to see it to fully understand how damaging to HAARP this documentation may in fact be. No wonder they took their entire web-site off-line, once this was noticed and revealed.

EDUCATE YOURSELF: Books and Videos Explaining HAARP Technology and the Reality of Environmental Manipulation and Mass Mind Control Using Tesla (ELF Wave) Technology
Prior to initiating my research on the 11:11 Awakening Code, I had never even heard of HAARP, Tesla, Tectonic Weaponry, Project Blue Beam, or the Illuminati and its reported New World Order Agenda to depopulate via man-made disasters and mass manipulate, control, and enslave whoever is left that is not of The Illuminati blood-line. And even if I had heard of all this, I would have immediately dismissed it all as being crazy, "conspiracy-theory" talk. As my research began to reveal darker and increasingly unbelievable and horrifying possibilities, my skeptical nature led me to seek out more and more information from legitimate sources whenever possible, with veracious documentation (including patents).
