I am currently researching the veracity of the accusations made in this video, and therefore am withholding comment. However, as I do not hear about many people discussing what this video contains, I am suggesting that you watch it to see if these accusations hold any merit.
Comments on Youtube following this video point to the idea that Greer tried to work with the U.S. Government but they didnt want disclosure; he therefore continued on his own.
For example, one commenter writes: "According to the supposedly mythical NASA Project Blue Beam, the Government is planting false information about aliens to make us think there will be an invasion. Greer always says thats not the case and they are peaceful".

Project Blue Beam: It's Known as "THE ULTIMATE CONSPIRACY" - But Could They Really Be Planning a FAKE ALIEN INVASION???

In the case of Project Blue Beam there is more than one theorised plan that may be put into operation. One of these is to stage an elaborate worldwide faked alien invasion with UFOs that will be seen in the sky. These will either be made with secret advanced technology funded by "Black Budgets" resulting in a believable Alien craft, and/or 3-D holographic image will be projected onto the sky using EM-Wave (Tssla) Technology, as outlined by Dr. Rosin in her video.
When the media has announced in mainstream news that the planet is being attacked by hostile aliens the solution will be martial law declared and the introduction of a one world government and army to fight this threat to humanity. The idea was actually once voiced by the late President Reagan when he spoke about a cause needed to unite the world and suggested that that threat might come from outer space. Did Reagan know all about Blue Beam? One has to wonder - Listen to his speech - It was as if he was intentionally preparing us...

Biblical "signs and wonders" will be made artificially, and also the religious deities Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna and Buddha to be created as images that people will be able to perceive as real. The purpose of this would be to establish the one world religion that the Illuminati are seeking to cause. Could an alien invasion be imminent? Or, is this perhaps "doctored" footage designed to convince us that a holographic "alien invasion" is real? Or... something else?
3) The third video shows evidence of the reality of Project Blue Beam (PBB). PBB uses HAARP ELF Wave technology to project holographic images onto the sky (see various posts on this blog addressing Sky Anomlies appearing around the world, including the Blue Spiral Over Norway).
